Join us for a refreshing yoga class on the scenic farm fields. Stretch your body and calm your mind while gazing at Sunflowers, Zinnias, Cosmos, and our Appalachian views. After your class, please enjoy a wagon ride to the fields & stroll with pictures in the flower fields and picking six blooms. Each yoga ticket also offers Farm Admission. Yoga taught by Katie Stover, RYT-500. As with any outdoor yoga class, a towel might be handy for yourself or your mat. Please remember that we are an active farm.
